- 2 cups cooked Sushi Rice
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (2 inch) strip of orange peel
- 4 tablespoons sweetened coconut, grated
- Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in a saucepan. Cook for 35-40 minutes over low heat stirring often until mixture thickens.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- When ready to serve remove citrus peel. Sprinkle with coconut before serving.
