Ingredients
- 1 cup, uncooked Texmati® White Rice
- 1 (7 oz) can chopped green chillies
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
Preparation
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until heated through.
