Jars of Hope: RiceSelect® Brand Partners with California and Washington Food Banks to Fight Hunger
Join the 3rd Annual Jars of HopeTM Campaign to Fight Food Insecurity in California & Washington from October 1-31, 2026.
More than 1 in 5 Californians, about 8.8 million, currently struggle with food insecurity, including 27% of households with children.*
In Washington, 1 in 7 people, including 1 in 5 children, about 1.1 million, face hunger.**
RiceSelect® brand is teaming up with California Food Banks and Food Lifeline (Seattle member of Feeding America) to fight hunger in communities in these two states. It’s easy to help: for every two jars sold at participating retailers in either state, we’ll give one jar to a food bank in the purchase state.
Through the Jars of Hope campaign, RiceSelect® brand will donate one jar for every two RiceSelect® jars purchased at participating retailers in California and Washington respectively.
