  1. Preheat oven to 385°F. Prepare pearl couscous according to package directions. Replace water with chicken broth.

  2. Season chicken with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, dill, and garlic powder. Place chicken on a baking pan, place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to cool slightly, then cut chicken into cubes.

  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and season with remaining salt and pepper.

  4. In a large bowl, combine pearl couscous, chicken, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and parsley. Mix well. Pour the Caesar dressing on top and toss until everything is fully coated. Top with remaining Parmesan.

  5. Recipe Tip: Add a crunch with croutons!
