  1. Combine rice, broth, salt and saffron in 2 quart saucepan. Heat to boiling; stir once. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  2. Stir in butter, lime juice and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
