  1. Preheat grill to 400F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Place mushrooms in a shallow baking pan, and pour over the Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle seasoning mix on the top side of the mushrooms. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. While mushrooms are marinating, prepare pearl couscous according to package directions. Mix in chopped spinach once couscous is finished.

  5. Add mushrooms to grill and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Brush excess marinade while grilling.

  6. Slice mushrooms in strips and fan out or leave whole and garnish with butter, if using.

  7. Serve mushrooms alongside the couscous.
