Prepare pearl couscous according to package directions. Cool. Preheat grill at medium-high heat.
Cook green beans in salted water. Drain; cool.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through and internal temperature is 165°F. Rest chicken for 10 minutes. When done, slice into strips.
