Prepare orzo according to package directions. Allow to cool.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, combine orzo, tomatoes, cucumber, orange bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, yellow bell pepper, basil, and dill.
Toss with dressing until evenly coated. Sprinkle with feta.
