  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Prepare rice according to package directions.

  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the small potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, shrimp, crab legs, sausage, lobster tails (if using), corn, mushrooms, butter, garlic, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well-coated.

  4. On a large baking sheet or in a roasting pan, arrange the seafood and vegetables in an even layer. Scatter the lemon and orange slices on top.

  5. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Add rice to a bowl and top with seafood boil. Spoon the liquid over rice and garnish with parsley before serving.
