  1. Prepare pearl couscous according to package directions. Cool.

  2. To make the vinaigrette, whisk together olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, honey, sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine couscous, strawberries, mint, and pine nuts. Stir in about ½ of the white balsamic vinegar dressing, use more if desired. Serve immediately.
