  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rice, turkey, onions, green onion and pepper, basil, salt, pepper, milk and eggs; mix well; pour into a 7x11 inch (2 quart) pan coated with cooking spray. Smooth out; top with cheeses.
  3. Bake in preheated 375 ° oven for 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  4. Cut into 8 squares to serve; cut each square diagonally into 2 triangles.
