Ingredients

  • null 3/4 lb sashimi-quality tuna, medium dice
  • null 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • null 1/2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • null 1 cup RiceSelect® Premium Jasmine Rice
  • null 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • null 3 tbsp Sriracha
  • null 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • null 1 1/2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced
  • null 3/4 cup avocado, diced
  • null 3/4 cup radish, thinly sliced
  • null 3/4 cup scallion, thinly sliced
  • null 2 tbsp furikake

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, gently fold together the tuna, sesame oil and soy sauce. Refrigerate and marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, chili sauce and 2 tablespoons water. Set sauce aside.
  4. To serve, place a scoop of rice in a shallow bowl. Top with marinated tuna, cucumber, avocado, radish and scallion. Drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle on furikake.
