RiceSelect® Texmati® White Rice
INGREDIENTS: TEXMATI WHITE RICE
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 tsp butter or olive oil (optional)
Bring water to a boil. Add salt or butter or olive oil. Stir in rice. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Yields approximately 3 cups.
