Named for its vibrant combination of freshly chopped green herbs, this salad dressing is a lighter version of the classic, swapping out the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. In minutes you’ve got a refreshing dressing that can be drizzled over a wide assortment of meals from rice or pasta salads to grilled or roasted meats and vegetables. Make a double batch and save some in the fridge for other meals throughout the week.
One of the best parts about this salad dressing is that you can adjust it to your taste. If you prefer more of one herb over another, get creative with your fresh ingredients and experiment with flavor in your dressing. Additional flavors to try include cilantro, tarragon or jalapeño pepper for a kick!
