Instructions

  1. In a pan add coconut oil, salt and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute. Add water and when it starts to boil add rice.

  2. Let it simmer for 15 minutes covered. Remove ginger root before serving.

  3. In a preheated pan add coconut oil, onion and salt.

  4. After 1 minute add carrots.

  5. After 1 minute add peppers and Brussels sprouts leaves.

  6. Turn of heat and mix into cooked rice.

  7. Add all marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate minimum 5 min or overnight for extra flavor.

  8. In a preheated pan sear 5 min per side with sesame oil.

  9. Mix into rice and veggies and serve with scallions and additional sesame seeds.
