  1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
  2. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  3. Brown ground beef in medium skillet, drain if necessary. Add taco seasoning per package instructions.
  4. In medium bowl combine sour cream and salsa; set aside. Coat a 13X9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Place 3 cups of the rice in pan; top with half the sour cream mixture. Layer the seasoned ground beef on top, then 1 ½ cups cheese.
  6. Add remaining rice then sour cream mixture. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350 ° F. oven for 15; remove foil. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and crushed chips. Return to oven and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
