RiceSelect® Royal Blend® Rice
INGREDIENTS: TEXMATI WHITE RICE, BROWN RICE, RED RICE AND WILD RICE
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 tsp butter or olive oil (optional)
- 1 cup rice blend
Bring water to a boil. Add salt and butter or olive oil, if desired. Stir in rice. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Yields approximately 2 1/2 cups.
